Orlando completed his Mathematics Ph.D. at Duke University. Throughout his academic career, he realized his biggest impact came from finding intuitive ways to teach difficult concepts. Instead of memorizing math, he focuses on having students build conceptual mastery by challenging themselves and asking, “Why is this true?”
Orlando has applied this philosophy for over ten years to help students overcome their math anxiety and often discover a passion for the subject.

Before we begin
PiPath supports K–12 math through college-level subjects, including Algebra I & II, Geometry, Precalculus, AP Calculus, AP Statistics, and SAT/ACT Math.
Remote tutoring is available through Zoom. In-person tutoring in the RTP, North Carolina area may be available by request; contact us to discuss scheduling and pricing.
The bootcamp is for students preparing for the SAT, whether or not they have taken it before. Homework is personalized around each student's starting point. Explore the SAT Math Bootcamp.
